Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction

• Must be dependable and able to follow instructions

• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in an outdoor/industrial environment

• Reliable transportation

• Must have a clean & valid Driver's License​

OnCall workers support our welding crew in various construction, welding, and fabrication projects as needed. This position is not permanent and will be offered on an as-needed (on-call) basis. 

$15/hr, paid as a 1099 contractor (no deductions or benefits). Hours will vary depending on workload and project needs.  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction, welding or similar field

• Knowledge of hand and power tools

• Ability to use measuring tape

• Assist with shop projects and material handling

• Pick up and deliver materials (valid DL required)

• Maintain clean and organized work areas

• Prepare tools and supplies for jobs

• Support general shop maintenance and tasks

• Prepare materials for welding, such as cutting, grinding, and cleaning

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Must have valid Driver's License​

Qualifications: (In addition to the General Labor qualification list)

• Previous experience in welding fabrication

• Familiarity with shop blueprints/drawings

• ​Welding by joining pieces of metal together using high heat, such as with MIG, TIG, or ARC welding

• Assist in installing fabricated structures

• Repairs damage to metal components​

• Working as a team to meet deadlines without compromising quality

Qualifications: (In addition to full Welder qualification list)

• Fabrication: Uses raw or semi-finished materials to make something from start to finish, including cutting, bending, and assembling

• Ability to gather supplies needed for specific projects

• Maintains quality production standards and ensures accurate work

• Ability to run smaller projects with minimal direction

Qualifications: (In addition to the full Shop Fabricator qualification list)​

• Coordination & critical problem-solving abilities

• Ability to assign tasks to projects' crew, coordinate with the office for installations, and all fabrication duties required for job completion.

• Analyzes blueprints/plans and provides input into the design process

• Oversees fabricators, welders and/or laborers

• Ensures deadlines are met

• Ability to communicate with all individuals of different backgrounds
